Terms and conditions regarding cancellation vary depending on what type of order you have made.

EVENTS: You can always cancel or reschedule your order for a dated event within 24 hours of purchase, unless the event has already taken place.

If you wish to cancel an order for a dated event more than 24 hours after receiving your Booking Confirmation, and provided the applicable event is not due to take place within the next 7 days, you can reschedule your session for another time for no extra cost. If however the appointment is due to take place within the next 7 days you will not be entitled to not transfer your booking to a another date.

GIFT CARDS: You may only cancel a Gift Card within 24 hours of receiving your Order Confirmation - and we can offer you a full refund, unless you have already used it to make a booking. After 24hrs, Gift Cards are non refundable and non-transferable and last for 12 months from the purchase date.
