Craft My Day Community & Events

We are passionate about building our local craft community!

Craft My Day is deeply committed to community involvement and social impact.

We actively engage with schools, community programs, and drop-in clubs like our regular weekly Craft & Laugh club, helping to combat isolation and loneliness through social crafting. We cater to individuals with ADHD, special needs, and disabilities, providing inclusive classes that nurture their talents and abilities.

We measure our success through the smiles on our students faces, the heartfelt testimonials of transformed lives, and the loyalty of our customers.

Join our craft community and discover the remarkable experience of Craft My Day. Immerse yourself in a space where creativity thrives, and like-minded individuals support and inspire each other.

Whether you're a seasoned crafter or a complete beginner, our workshops, private classes, and craft clubs offer something for everyone.. so join us!

Malden Oaks, School & Tuition Service, Logo

We support local teens through a schools outreach programme at Malden Oaks, offering an Art & Crafts curriculum. Students have enjoyed a whole range of crafts, including sculpting gnomes, clay creations, mandala art, jewellery making and so much more.

"We support schools by providing alternative provision for students through MO Discover and opportunities for teachers to work together in highly evaluated training and free networks".

We have been working with Malden Oaks for over a year, helping teenagers to improve their school attendance, confidence and self belief. It has been a pleasure to work with such a fantastic programme and we are thrilled to now be adding this opportunity at our Thames Ditton Branch also.

At Craft My Day our whole purpose is to help people find joy and boost their confidence.

It is amazing the transformation we see everyday in the kids and adults who join us, whether regularly or just for a one off workshop.

Anna from The Sewing Nut, has been running a year long sewing course with Cheam Rotary club, funded by a grant from the National Lottery Community Fund.

The students are now well versed in how to sew by hand, how to sew with a sewing machine, how to utilize discard fabric to make new items, how to repair and repurpose old clothes and how to make basic clothing like a skirt.

Using, repairing and consuming less are effective ways to avoid wasting our planet and our Sewing project is fulfilling all of these. The classes are not only giving the students new skills which they could use in employment in the future but, socially, they have found friends and improvement in their mental health too.
