One of my favourite pastimes is creating mixed media artwork. Picture this: gathering unusable paintbrushes, broken scissors, old keys, and other random ornaments, and then using the wonderful medium of Powertex to create something entirely new. Shaping these seemingly useless objects into art and there is really something special about using bits of old handmade crochet and personal items from your own life. These pieces carry emotional connections, adding depth and meaning to the finished artwork. Every piece tells a story, merging the past with the present in a beautiful dance of creativity.
